I've been playing guitar since the summer right before high school started. I started playing rock, quickly moved to metal and the whole 80's shred scene, then started getting into jazz. There was a time in my life when i thought metal was immature. After going to school for music, and playing nothing but classical, then playing nothing but jazz, i quickly learned that metal still had a place in my mind and more so in my playing. So thanks to a few bits of inspiration (omar, haha) and the right sources (Billy Anderson!!!), i was able to complete my first album. And thankfully, it was a metal one. Although i am really looking forward to playing and writing all different styles of music, I'm glad to have finished this one first with one of my closest friends and one of the hardest guitars to play on...
